“Show Me Your Library Card” Program Returns for National Library Card Sign-Up Month
Are you ready to save some money while supporting your local library? The Garland County Library is bringing back its popular “Show Me Your Library Card” program in celebration of National Library Card Sign-Up Month this September. This program offers discounts and deals at dozens of local businesses and organizations for library cardholders throughout the month.
From percentages off to special offers and even free admission, there are plenty of ways to save with your library card. Some early participating businesses include the Dog Treat Lady, Black Ribbon Books, Ron Coleman Mining, and many more. The full list of participating businesses and their discounts will be available on the Garland County Library website starting September 1st.
Not only will you save money at local businesses, but you’ll also have access to all the amazing resources the library has to offer year-round. With your library card, you can borrow books, movies, games, and more for free. Plus, the library offers a wide range of programs and services for all ages.
If you don’t have a library card yet, there’s no better time to sign up. Garland and Saline County residents can apply for a full-access library card in person at the library or online for a digital card. Simply show your library card at any participating business to take advantage of the discounts and deals offered throughout September.
